Little Traveler’s Library: Four Adventures in Eight Languages (Little Traveler Series)

My 8-month-old and 2-year-old LOVE these little books and so do I!Some of the things I love:-They're the perfect size for taking along in a diaper bag to entertain my kiddos when we're at the grocery store or doctor's office or waiting somewhere. The board books in this collection are smaller (5 inches by 5 inches) than when the books are sold separately (7 inches by 7 inches) and personally we prefer the smaller books in the Little Traveler's Library. I find them easier for little hands to handle, and easier to take along.-Accurate! I speak several languages and have yet to find a mistake.-They include the pronunciation of each foreign word to help you pronounce it for your little one even if you don't know the language.-There's a little world map on the back page outlining all the countries mentioned in the story, so you can also start teaching your little one geography!-Adorable illustrations.-Start teaching your child about languages and cultures from an early age in a fun, stress-free way. Heck, even my 8-year-old enjoys reading this book to her little siblings.Extra bonus is that for the Spanish page, "How Hippo Says Hello" has him traveling to Argentina rather than a more common Spanish-speaking country like Mexico or Spain. That earns brownie points with me :)Definitely recommend this little Library to all families. Great value for the price.

Best books to introduce other languages to baby. I love how the pronunciation is included, and the travel map at the end of each book. Also these are the perfect size to bring with you anywhere.

These are the perfect size for little hands. We got them for a 2 yr. old and he loves carrying them around and looking at the pictures. I thought the story was going to be a little more involved but you can make your stories to go with the ones in the book. They are also easy to pack around in their cute carrying case. A 4.5 for all.
