Good cookbook! 21 day meal plan!
Good cookbook for plant based diet eaters! This cookbook was pretty good. It had a lot of recipes. I found it pretty easy to follow. I liked the recipes that I made. The pictures were nice. I liked the theme of the book. The book was made well and well written. The quality was good. It was convenient to use. The recipes weren’t too hard. This would also make a good gift. I would recommend it.

Love this cookbook
I loved the pictures, I loved the explanations and references to real life events. The author explains the why and where for of the 21 meal plan and does it extremely well. It is well written and informative and I personally found that these recipes should be staples in every plant based diet persons repertoire and should definitely adorn your book shelves!. BUY IT, you will not be disappointed in any way. It isnt just for recipes, its for a thorough and easy to follow informative of how to buy, stock your pantry and cook with the essentials to maintain your sanity and re-configure your home to fit this lifestyle.

The Roots of all Nutrition
Vegetarian, vegan, healthy eater, animal lover, climate change activist. You can be a member of any of these groups or none of them and still find "The Plant Based Diet Cookbook" a valuable addition to your home library. The book begins with a simple, clear explanation of a plant based diet, what it involves and how to engage in it from just a little to !00% all in. There are 60 recipes illustrated with some mouth watering photos to tempt you into giving them a try. Many people are showing an interest in eliminating or at least reducing meat consumption. Even though entrepreneurs are producing plant based products that look like and taste like meat, this book is for the person who wants to understand the rationale and take a hands on approach.

Wonderful recipes! I love them
Love this book so much! It truly is more than a cookbook — Author welcomes you into her life and home through her recipes and beautifully captured photographs. I’ve already raved to my friends and family over this cookbook and love sharing recipes I’ve been able to make! Get it! I hope you love it as much as my family and I have! 21 - Day Meal plan!
I've been vegetarian for around twelve years but this is my first venture into plant based eating. I love the simplicity of these recipes and although I have only had the book around one week I've fixed maybe five of the recipes; and all have been delicious. I'm a healthy 76 year old woman and look forward to be even healthier in the coming 24 years. Thank you!

The only vegan book you will need!
While none of the recipes are earth shattering or terribly unique, this is a great book to get anyone started on vegan eating. I agree with others that all recipes can be adjusted to personal taste. The big emphasis on flavor seems to be maple syrup and nutritional yeast which I am not a fan of (but would take too long to explain why). A sample of recipes I think worth the purchase of the book: Lentil Loaf, Enchilada bake (I add pumpkin puree), Gravy (I add saute mushrooms) and SW Stuffed bell peppers. In my opinion, waste of space in the book is all the smoothie recipes. I am not a vegan and have no problem using regular dairy or cheese in many of the recipes. Best vegan plates are also here!

Nice book with good plant based recipes that are actually tasty and varied.
The recipes are easy to read and follow, and the paperback book is a nice size, where I don't have to squint trying to read the fonts and stuff in it. I also got it for the benefit of my husband, who tries to stick with a plant based diet but keeps falling off of it because he gets bored eating the same stuff. It doesn't have to be boring! I highly recommend this book for beginners, or for people like me who can always use a little help in the idea department on making more varied dishes with whole foods. It gets two thumbs up from this household! Superb!

The recipes ARE a terrific and tasty collection to help me get started on 21 meal plancooking. Thank you!I was, however, puzzled by the routine use of onion powder and garlic powder instead of actual fresh onions and garlic.But what is a recipe but a starting point?!Thanks for writing this book. I appreciate that!

Cheap fun and delicious.
I love this book! We just recently decided to go plant based and this has been amazing for us. Most plant based cookbooks have so many ingredients that are expensive or hard to find, so this is a great way for my family to get started with going plant based. Good to go.

This recipe book is in black and white, which does not encourage making any of the recipes in this book. So disappointed with this purchase.

Great cookbook for plant based diet beginners
I love the simplicity of all the recipes. When you live a busy lifestyle it's nice to come home and whip up dinner quickly. If you are new to the whole food plant based way of eating I highly recommend this book. Thank you author! You are handsome ;)
