SEAL Team: Season Four [DVD] [2021]

This season was really good!

I confess every season I wait for this show to jump the shark - have a character do something just ridiculous, or conversely have the characters do exactly the same thing so many times that it becomes cheesy. But so far, in every season (at least in my view) the writers of SEAL Team have managed to walk a fine line between giving us something new and giving us what we want, without going too far in either direction. I saw that it's been renewed for season 6, which is a relief, as presumably lower ratings were what pushed it to streaming. Or maybe it had to go so CBS could make room for "NCIS: Tallahassee" or whatever. (I actually adored the original NCIS, at least back when most people hadn't heard of it and thought you meant CSI, but it jumped the shark for me in a big way around the end of season 7, for *both* of the reasons given at the top.) Anyway, there would be too many spoilers if I tried to describe things further, but I'll just say that there's the usual mix of both internal and external struggles going on, with a generally very convincing overall story arc.

A great series about military life and home life, I have followed from the first episode.

Best military series on TV period. If you loved the Unit, you will love this. I'd totally recommend buying this and every other series. You will not be disappointed.

Very good series maybe too much talking and less action in this series

Not as good as earlier seasons. Buy these for action, too much waffle.
