Very nice sponge, fits in your hand, and feels good on your skin. It had some small pieces of coral left in it, but the directions tell you exactly how to remove them just by rinsing a couple of times. This tells you the sponge came from the sea and is recyclable since its not plastic.

Hello, there is no natural light for air drying the sponge as suggested on the package instructions , so I hope it doesn’t get moldy..but I will follow cleaning instructions when needed. Looking forward to using this natural sponge to cleanse and lightly scrub my body in the shower.

I was skeptical when this came in the mail. It comes in a paper envelope and looks like a piece of cardboard. As the instructions said to do, I rinsed it under some water and it puffed up. That was fun to do. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’m skeptical about this sponge being real. It seems to be more fibrous than a real one. Nonetheless, this sponge is massive and very soft

I was very excited to receive the natural sponges I ordered. I was a little disappointed with the sponges after they arrived. It is not as soft as they claim. One of the sponges ripped and it ended up in 2 pieces. If you are looking for a sponge that is good for exfoliation, this is the sponge. For this reason and this reason only, I gave it 3 stars. The thing that is the worst is the smell. I have soaked it in vinegar for 24hrs, I put fragrant soap in the sponges and left that in for 24hrs and it still smells like danke ocean water.

I liked my new sponge so well I bought one of my husband. It's turned out to be very soft and durable.Prior to use I put it in a small bowl of water to expand to full size, then rinsed it well under the tap to remove the last little bit of sand and grit.I will definitely order again.
