Sidekicks Small Black Foldable Ballet Flat Shoes w/ Carrying Case

The flats are compact and cute but the size is much smaller than expected.I wear a size 5.5 in nikes and other shoes and heels I can range anywhere from a size 4.5 to a size 6. The suggested size for these were 5-6.5, which I thought would be fine for me, since I fall in the middle of that range. Sadly, the size small is a bit tight for me, therefore I would suggest buying a size up.

I was looking for a portable pair of shoes that wouldn't break the bank. These fit the bill. They aren't great; they do fit tightly and require a size larger or fluffy socks for the first few days, but they are fine for what I paid.

I was REALLY nervous that these shoes weren't going to fit based on other reviews that the sizing is off and nearly went with the mediums but so glad I didn't! I'm flying out of state this Friday to attend my sister's wedding and I made this impulse buy Tuesday night (with next day delivery), so the wrong size would have been disastrous with not enough time to guarantee a replacement. Glad I gave these a chance because they fit me PERFECTLY with room to spare in the elastic. I've only worn them around the house but they're surprisingly comfortable. While these clearly weren't meant for any heavy duty usage, they certainly do look classy enough to be worn in public. In fact, I tried them on with my evening gown and with just the toes showing/not the backs-elastic - they look very classy and polished. The material has a nice sheen to it but isn't obnoxiously shiny and the bow is a cute/nice touch.As for sizing, I wear a size 6 dress shoe (high heel). As a runner, I've gone through every brand of sneaker imaginable and what led me to give the size small a try 'anyways' was the one reviewer who mentioned she wore a size 5.5 Nike sneaker and so imagined she should have been able to fit into these shoes just fine. Size 6 (my normal shoe size) Nike Sneakers are HUGE on me. Okay, not huge, but definitely wide. Nike's were definitely designed for a wider foot/heel and my feet simply can't stay put in them (going down a size is too small length wise and then my toes are cramped). These ballet flats are most definitely true to size length wise but I would say they're an AA width shoe which is going to be a problem for anyone with a wider foot. I think most shoes are at least a B width and I suspect that Nike's fall somewhere between a B or D. If you wear a size 6 shoe and non-designer pumps/high heels tend to slip off your heel when you walk, you probably have narrow enough feet to comfortably wear these (I fit in most standard B width shoes but always have slip problems in the heel unless I go designer or find a brand that specializes in AA width shoes)Love them and the case they come in! Will definitely buy more in different colors when I'm able to :).***Update***I'm back and I did end up wearing these for the last hour or so of the reception and what a relief these were to my feet :). Cute and super comfortable, they even received compliments. Highly recommend!

I often wear heels to the office and then switch them out for these foldable shoes. They are cute and still look "dressy" enough for work. However, though I don't walk around much in them, they wore out much quicker than expected. The sole detached from the shoe itself and I ended up with holes on each side of the shoe. This was my first purchase from this seller, but not my first pair of these shoes. Disappointed in the quality I received.

I ordered two pairs of slippers. I have a narrow foot and normally wear a 6.5 AA so I was sure the slippers would fit. They were very tight and uncomfortable.

These were great until the stitching gave out 6 weeks later, but I may have bought a smaller size than ideal.

These are "throwback shoes" if you will. It's been a long day in heels and you just need to make to your car and drive home. Wearing these for longer than an hour or so, you'll immediately tell that these do not have arch support, or much support at all, but I guess that the sacrifice for them being "small and foldable."One plus, because they seem to be made out of plastic, they're water proof!

I love my heels, but when the night is winding down and I have to run to catch the last train I switch to these. I would not consider these shoes. They are more like faux leather socks with a thin rubber sole. Not meant to be worn as walking/daily shoes. They fit perfectly in my small purse
