I never endorse vitamins, or supplements, but I have to say these are great. as for the size they are smaller than the standard whale size gel caps. I really do not understand why they make them so large, it just made me not take omega 3 fish oil. Now that I have used the mini caps, I have to say that I take them everyday now. I suffer from foot cramps and body cramps, and no it has nothing to do with low potassium or magnesium. After two months of take the Omega 3 fish oil tablets the foot cramps and body cramps have 95% disappeared.

Oh man. I will continue to purchase these from now until forever. PERFECT size. Easy to swallow. And I’m a wimp with pills. Absolutely no smell or taste. They are slightly textured which I think helps with ensuring they stay towards the back of your mouth. And the most amazing thing, no fish burps. Hallelujah. Would purchase again and again and again.
