Q: Is this a total of 4 5# slabs in 1 case? or 4 cases of 5# slabs each how many cases in this order?

My previous order was 4 slabs @ 5 pounds each..however, my this last order several weeks ago was in individual plastic containers. The amount of 5 pounds and Glace de Veau Veal base was the same. Actually I think I like the plastic containers as the product is better secured for storage when opened.
