Blood Flow Restriction Bands, otherwise known as Occlusion Bands or BFR training, restrict the blood flow away from your muscles to give you that super pump in a shorter period of time.

Great bands for occlusion training
I really like these bands and have seen impressive results in 1 month of use. They are slightly stretchy, but very sturdy. When I have them on my arms they stretch just enough to still be comfortable when my biceps are fully flexed. In one month I have been able to add 1/2 an inch to each arm.I also like using them for leg days. It allows me to use lighter weight with my bad knees but to still get good results due to the benefits of occlusion training.

Comfortable and easy to use.
Certainly very easy to use and wide enough to be comfortable. Only time will tell what the impact will be.

Outstanding Bands! Easy to adjust to arms and legs and definitely gets the pump going! I would very much recommend these Occlusion Bands!

Weak seams
They worked great for the first workout but after tightening them the second time the seams tore on both cuffs... .very disappointing

Initially, they were great. After a few weeks of having them, the velcro started to come off on both bands.

good price, mostly easy to fasten in place
Works as intended, good price, mostly easy to fasten in place. Bit rough on edges but once workout begins nothing compared to discomfort due to restriction but that is how it works!
