Motivating workout habits!
This book gives 15 helpful workout habits to implement into our current routines. The author hopes to help people who are struggling to stick with healthy habits and losing weight. After reading this book I’m sure he will. I’m sure people who are struggling to focus on working out will find this book motivating. The author even included 3 bonus workout habits in the end which I found equally useful. My favorite habit in the book was the very first one: Turn your commute into a workout! Everyone has time to workout if you just look carefully your schedule and environment. The author goes into really good depth on how to that, and much more throughout the book. I am grateful for the effort the author put into this book, showing people how to stay motivated and consistent with their workout routines. As someone who works out regularly myself, I can’t wait to start applying these habits to my own work out routine! Would recommend!

Not impressed!!
So I'm disappoined at this book..First of all pics of the exercises would have been good second the tips well have U saying really!! Run to work..Who wants to b sweaty when they arrive at work..I didnt agree with some of the thing she said I do eliminate a few food groups I dont eat gluten nor Dairy. What has this done for me well I have lost close to 40 pounds, My A1c is very good (well controlled as my dr says to me) , I mostly have clear skin..Before this I was overweight , my sugar was sky high, I kept getting infections, and a previous dr told me I had to be on shots for my diabetes..So yes A low carb diet /low dairy does work.glad it was free .

workout with your friends.
This is a great book with good information on workout habits. Linda said working out in group is more fun and makes you workout harder. After reading this book, I set up a google excel to do 10 minimum push-ups a day for 100 days with my friends who lives miles and miles away from my place. It has been ten days. Doing 10 push-ups was the minimum but no body stops at there. Everyone of us go up to 100 push ups and more.When I workout alone I listen to audio book. It has been working great for me.98 pages? It's more like 50 pages. There are too many advertisement pages and too many blank spots on the book.

Not very motivating
Not what I expected! I am a person trainer and I wanted something simple for a beginner to help my new clients and some exercises were too difficult and I didn’t find it very motivating

A worthy read for practical use
I'm slightly over weight.Looking out for opportunities which can help me reduce my body weight, I often find that most of the books give interesting and valuable points, but most of them are not in applicable fashion..This book,- Is written in a very sensible way- Makes the reader feel what the solution is and how it can be put to use- Shows the right ways the reader can benefit in a very short time of reading- Erases the doubts in the reader's mind about the validity of the points and solution given- Speaks most of the ideas out of experience and keen observation- Secretly can help business people too,, (some of the points Habits 4,5.. are absolutely productivity based)- Is really goodReadability 4/5Understandability 4+/5Lay out, structure 4/5Value for money 4+/5Usefulness 4.25+/5

Inspirational Information!
I have a really hard time working out consistently, so I've been looking for ways to form good habits that will keep me exercising. Healthy Habits is exactly the resource I was looking for. There are a variety of tips and tricks for people who want to commit to a healthy lifestyle. Some of the habits I had heard of before, but some were new and I found them helpful and inspiring. I'm looking forward to starting a new and better exercise regimen in my life. If you need the same kind of help, then I would definitely recommend reading this book!

ILLUSTRATIONS!
Workout book without any illustrations is not helpful. I have been with personal trainers for many years and wanted to have a book I can take with me while I'm traveling. I was hoping this book would do the trick but it would take too much time for me to read this book & perform the 'quick' weight session I needed.
