The description does talk about the bookmark possibly being bent due to the resin used, however when mine arrived its bentness and the thickness was really too much for it to be a good bookmark in my opinion, others may be happy with this. Although the makers say not to try to flatten the bending was too much in my view for it to be a usable bookmark so I did try to flatten it more but , yes you guessed it , it then snapped. No fault of makers as was my choice. Have used the half with the flower in as an ornament hanging on our sideboard.It seems these are made in China ( it said so on the packaging) so probably mass made with the bending being variable in the production process.So if you are happy with the idea of a bent /buckled bookmark that is quite thick this would be fine. The flowers were very lovely. It just did not work for me sorry.
