For under £7, this injury tape works perfectly and has helped me massively!!! Great value.Sticks to the skin well, and stretches the way I want/need it to.Some tapes can surprisingly be hard to use, but don’t worry, this one is easy.Came as a compact well packaged delivery, and would highly recommend.10/10!(Looks stylish as well!)

I was pleased that the camo design was actually regular camo and not the luminous green camo. Used for an Achilles into calf injury. Have only used more expensive ones in the past given to me by a friend that's a physio & sports therapist so I was curious to see if the cheap ones would be very terrible in comparison.Application: it's more thin than the one I'm used to so the first section I cut I messed up but soon got the hang of it.Performance: I had re-triggered an old injury when landed badly and was in so much pain I couldn't walk properly, lifting my heel up from the floor was excruciating. I applied over section that I cut down the middle to split into a long V and then two more full strips, and on my second application I also used a fourth small short strip. With the tape I definitely felt support in the area and a huge reduction in pain.Removal: this is where things didn't go so well, it was very intensive adhesive and although it gripped and stayed in place for days without problem, with the exception of one tiny edge that slightly lifted and curled but only a few millimetres, it was far harder to remove than the take I'm used to. The skin also felt a just a tiny bit sensitive. This was ok for my leg, I made two applications & would use it again but definitely I wouldn't use it on and area of thin or highly sensitive skin such as on areas of torso.Overall: not bad for the price. I'm continue to use the roll as and when needed butt only on areas of skin that are thicker. In terms of repurchasing I'd rather pay the extra for the one I had before (better/ stronger quality with far easier removal) but equally, would I buy this again in an emergency or if I was pretty broke? Yes.

As described, there is good and bad points to this, I would buy this again just because it doesn't cause a reaction on my skin, it is breathable unlike cheaper versions, I also find that it does what it's supposed to do better aswell. I purchased this to help with my knee, and although it does help it doesn't last that long before it begins to peel off

Bought to aid me with injuries around my upper thigh muscles.It needs cutting to size and doesn't have a pre cut in the middle like some k tape does but once applied will genuinely last a number of days.Downside is after you remove it you canxbw left with residue/marks on your leg where it was stuck.

The tape is sticky and has a good stretch, and is much cheaper than trans tape. Binds well and is waterproof! Wouldn’t recommend wearing for more than 3-4 days!

Jak dla mnie spoko, trzyma mocno niestety z basenem przegrała po 1h. W porównaniu z innymi które zakupiłam w aptece ta sprawuje się lepiej bo się nie odkleja za szybko. Teza mocno.

Cumple perfectamente su función. Aguanta durante casi una semana incluso en movimiento y puedes mojarla sin problema. Si se despega algo le aplicas algo de calor y vuelve a pegarse. La uso 100%
