I bought these for our anniversary and my hubby liked it. We go to the beach a lot during the summer so the design fits us perfectly. It is like any normal coozie. It is not thick or bulky it is very flexible which is good to throw in your purse or beach bag. I wouldn't say that it helps drinks stay cooler, but I didn't buy it for that purpose. Works great to keep your hands from getting too cold.
