Red Agate and Smokey Quartz bracelet. The bracelet is a combination of round Red Agate beads and faceted Smokey Quartz rondells separated by Sterling Silver beads. The Red Agate beads are 8mm, the Smokey Quartz are 8mm and the sterling separators are 5mm. This is a Root Chakra (first chakra) balancing bracelet. **Please select the bracelet's size at checkout. Below I am providing instructions in how to measure the wrist.*** **How To Measure Your Wrist** To determine the correct size of the bracelet measure the wrist, at the smallest part of the wrist, between the hand and the wrist bone. To measure your wrist you can use a flexible measuring tape. If you do not have one use a string, or a strip of paper and a ruler. Wrap the string (paper) around your wrist, as described above and then measure it against the ruler. To get the correct bracelet fit add extra inches to your wrist's measurements, as follow: - For small beads (4mm, 6mm) add 0.5" to 0.75" - For 8 mm beads add 0.75" - For larger beads (10mm and up) add 1" The final number is your bracelet size.
