Fit excellent in my 2005 super duty. Very easy to install, just a little hard to access the top two 7mm screws, accessible from the small removable panel underneath. Color matches 99% and feels sturdy.

7mm socket. Pull front of cup holder open as far as it’s designed to get for holding cups. Remove 2 screws from front panel, (my F250 require removal of a small panel below with the same 7mm screws to get access for the next step) get underneath, with a flashlight look up and see the same two 7mm screws and remove. You will not see them unless cup holders are fully extended. Remove old unit and insert new one. Secure screws underneath, then on the face. (Close up access panel) Good luck squeezing under the dash and getting those screws out and reinstalled. I’m a very small woman and it was pretty gymnastic, but worth it! So happy this fit so well. The color is slightly different, but the truck is 20 years old and it’s close enough to the original. Good value for the money. Seems study and so far, works great!
