Almost perfect. It arrived exactly on time, was well-packaged, and almost exactly as described. I'm really happy with the frame itself. It's sturdy, simple, and elegant. Plus, it's in my school's color!However the hangers that are "easy mounting onto wall either portrait or landscape. ideal for any home and office." were not really there. First, I only received one tab, not two as shown in the picture. Second, the tab was ridiculously annoying to shift. It came in portrait position, and I nearly tore the backboard trying to get it to fit in landscape without breaking. Third, the nail hole is also waaaaay smaller than on the picture, but is too big for a standard nail. The saw-tooth version in the picture is good for nails; this is just one simple hole too big for nails, too small for a push-pin.I'm debating on attaching one of those 3M picture hangers to this.

Overall I love the frame. It's solid and has a rich look and feel. Only reason for four stars instead of 5 is the back panel that gets removed in order to insert your document was so tight that the cardboard split a little bit around one of the clasps. Not sure if mine was cut wrong, but the back flap was incredibly tight both to get out and to put back. But I got it in and overall, my certificate looks beautiful in this frame.

Extremely disappointed with this product. Unfortunately I bought three of these. the description is false they do not come ready to hang. And the equipment that they provide us with to hang the frames does not work. I'm not sure why they thought this was the best way to hang but the metal "clamps" keep sliding up. They do not stay in place. And on top of that, while I was trying to hang them up the little flaps that you have to press down to secure your diploma or picture into the frame broke, it was so flimsy that one move and it broke back... Do yourself a favor and don't get these

Simple black frame perfect for any documents or photos. Mine arrived in perfect condition and installing was easy. I used a picture frame installation kit that I picked up from the dollar store for $3 to hang my document. If you are not concerned with the esthetic, you are able to use a push pin as well. It went up easy and looks great next to my other frames. There are many beautiful frames out there for $50+ but if you are looking for something simple to get the job done, this is your go-to frame.

The frames came promptly and work well with my photos made with Kodak paper from my printer in the 8.5 x 11 size. I needed this specific frame size for this reason. I really like the fasteners on the back of these frames which secure the backing. They easily slide into the groove and secure the photo or document being framed. I also like the fact that there are grooved hangers for horizontal or vertical hanging. All in all these frames met all my needs, arrived in nicely protected condition with bubble wrap and made it easy to install and hang my photos. Great purchase, great price.

A complete and total rip off. overpriced. The quality of this frame is that of which you would easily find at the 99cent store and the dollar store.The back of the frame has the bendable prongs so it’s not like you can take a certificate in and out of the frame to change it without eventually damaging or breaking the prongs.Doesn’t stand right.I’m very disappointed and wish I could have my money back. I could have gotten something like this at the 99cent store

The frame is good, plain but it serves its purpose. My only issue with this product is the hanging wire. The wire is way too long and had to be twisted and maneuvered to fit onto the back of the frame. Additionally, the wire causes a noticeable tilt as it hangs. After wasting time trying to get it to work I tossed the wire and hung the frame with a thumbtack (having the edge rest on the tack). Much easier to deal with, and it doesn't tilt as much. Overall, it was a good buy for the price.

Well made and looks very professional for degrees, diplomas, awards, etc. It can either stand on a flat surface or be hung on the wall. I am very pleased with it and will definitely order this frame again for important documents or awards I wish to display. It was very easy to insert document and secure the back; comes with clips for attaching picture wire as well as saw-tooth hanger for hanging on wall. I will definitely order this frame in the future for display of documents.

Feels very well built. Should be able to withstand moving from place to place and not fall apart, like cheaper ones.
