These do help relieve joint pain
Like the fact they do help relieve the pain in my knee, and shoulders. They don't irritate my skin which I found with other brands.

Relief pain but pad don't stuck on
My elderly mum said it did relieve the pain but pad kept on falling off after a short time and even quicker when moving around the house. Therefore she had to use a strap to hold it in place.

Didn't work for me
Thought I'd try these herbal heat patches as they could be attached to skin unlike some you can buy.Hoping this would be a good over night treatment and heat for my shoulder, especially as the shape looked a good match to wrap around my shoulder.Followed the instructions as per, applied to the skin, but some 2 hours later and other than a small of eucalyptus NOTHING, no warmth felt on the skin or when I held my hand on the patch at all...Tried further patches but the results were the same NOTHING, no relief and no heat as they suggested.
