Web promises 24 hour support response, I haven't gotten any response in more than a week
Nice looking product and fast shipping, but I asked about support about pinning for the vendor specific connection of the J1708 heavy vehicle bus, but after more than a week still haven't gotten any kind of response so I haven't been able to use the device, and thus have no idea if it works.
