love this some nights i cant sleep so instead of turning on lamp i use the light that fits around my night and can see just fine to read you can turn up light if not bright enough and easy to remove to lay down to sleep

We recently did a production where the main character changes after (almost) every scene in Act 2. This light was a life saver! We could wrap it around a clothing rack, a pole, or just wear it around our neck.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the cover for the battery tends to pop off when you twist the light around something.

This product is just okay. It has the concept but execution lacks. It's not as bright as I hoped. Positioning it is a bit cumbersome around the neck to get it to the right angle. If you have a small neck it might work better for you but my husband didn't like it.

I have been using a similar gadget for years and it broke. So convenient to hang around your neck and to leave your hands free !Great for camping or coming home at night

While I don't find the huglight bright enough to read with for any long periods of time in the dark ( no other lights on so as not to disturb my sleeping husband) it was extremely helpful during a power outage. The hands free was quite helpful . I don't recommend it as a single light source for reading. But I do recommend for power outages,camping and such things.

I bought this product to replace what I had of the same brand which I had purchased from Costco, thinking the quality would be the same. It is not. The brightness is far less, & the illumination casts a shadowy effect on what I am trying to read instead of an overall consistent lighting. There appears to be one small circular lit spot on a page of text with blotchy shadows around the rest of the page. Very disappointed.

This light makes the job easier if you are using a flashlight. Having your hands free to do the job is awesome!! The light is bright and comfortable to wear. I would recommend this product for any kind of job or just to have around the home or in the car for a emergency.

I love these for when I am backstage at the theater. Helps me see the script and moving props without tripping over anything in the dark.
