Best “healthy” toothpaste ever. The cinnamon is amazing if you’re not a huge fan of mint. Might feel a little of soap flavor a few minutes after brushing.

I like this toothpaste. I’ve bought it several times before. It doesn’t have additives like carrageenan and triclosan and is gluten free.

I replaced a tube of fancy, natural, brand-name toothpaste with Himalaya Botanique Complete Care Toothpaste and will continue to do so. The fancy toothpaste's flavor was so mild I had to use mouthwash afterward to make my mouth feel fresh. I don't have that problem with the Himalaya toothpaste, either the cinnamon or the peppermint. The flavors aren't overly strong, so brushing isn't uncomfortable, and they last a reasonable amount of time after brushing.For me, there was no whitening effect, but I wasn't interested in that feature anyway. My teeth did feel smooth, however, so there could be a little abrasion. If so, it's very mild. I consider this good toothpaste at a good price.

It's a nice change of pace, especially for evenings.One of the biggest draws for me is the toothpaste's commitment to being fluoride-free, without artificial flavors and SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate). It feels good to use a product that's not only effective but also mindful of health and wellness. Additionally, the fact that it's cruelty-free adds to its appeal, aligning with my preference for ethically made products.The toothpaste does an excellent job at fighting plaque and freshening breath. However, if you're used to the foaming action of traditional toothpastes, you might find the texture a bit different. It's less foamy, which takes a bit of getting used to.
