Still no written warranty.
Works great, but still can't get the warranty in writing after numerous attempts, and Amazon isn't helping either. Thought that was an advantage, guess I was wrong.

No assembly instructions with many parts

She doesn't like it. For one
I bought it for my wife. She doesn't like it. For one, she's too small for the chair. Second, she has rheumatoid arthritis and the message and knead functions hurt her. As for me, I like the knead, massage, and scroll functions, but not the rest. Looks like a jet fighter ejection seat.
