Simple yet Very Effective Releasing technique!
This IS a Very effective technique.In simplest terms, "Chod" is both a visualisation and a 'letting go' of a negative emotion or a traumatic memory and 'Severing' its Controlling ties with you, to empower your life for more positive experiences to achieve better outcomes. Admittedly at first, I Was Sceptical!It sounded too simple and almost just like yet another visualisation exercise; you Feel Good ... but after a few weeks or months (if you're lucky) life returns to a similar series of bad memory-making and more unpleasantness. But not so, IF the reader practises this Chod technique and on a regular basis, she or he Will notice positive changes in both their thinking and attitude!Presently, I'm working 'Chod' to release both anger and resentment, both emotions I possess an over-abundance of! I am feeling a change, I've noticed my anger Feels less over-whelming and certainly not quite as 'hot'.As with most techniques, please don't expect "instant change" overnight. You'll have to work at this regularly. But ... if the reader persists in this Chod Practise, they are likely to reap great benefits, IF the directions in the book are followed. This is a really good book! As for me, I'II making Chod a regular daily practise, to move along, other negative emotions, I've accumulated over many years.I rate this book 'Chod Practice Demystified Severing the Ties that Bind' at 5 Stars. In my opinion, this book is among the best books that Baal Kadmon has penned. If you work with it, you'll change the relationship you have with both your memories (if these were traumatic) and harsher emotions. 5 Stars!
