Life Changing Comfort
I bought these to wear with a really cute but incredibly uncomfortable pair of boots to prance around NYC in for the weekend. These things saved my life, I couldn’t even imagine how well they worked. I felt absolutely no pain, the squishy padding made sure the ball of my heel, arches, and toes were all supported. It was easy to cut them to fit in my shoes. I’m only 24 but I’ll be ordering more of these so I don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort.

Dr. Scholl's Can Be Trusted
I ordered these for two pair of shoes that had no arch support and no cushioning for my feet. Now I have two pair of shoes that are wearable and comfortable. Thank You!

Comfortable padding
The padding in my slippers got a little worn out and these work perfectly to replenish the cushion. Feet already felt better after a few days of breaking these inserts in. Definitely recommend to people with flat feet like me. Had to keep cutting down the toes though (about 6 times) so they would fit well in the shoe.

Easy to install and cut to adjust
A solid insert that’s easy to cut for fit. It’s very comfortable once installed correctly. I’d say go a size up for cutting and then fit/adjust from there.

Not as much cushion as I expected
I bought these insoles specifically because I have a pair of military jungle boots that are hard on the feet. The soles are hard rubber and the insoles that come with them are thin with padding that isn't enough by itself. I weigh north of 200 lbs. and if I don't add some cushioning, my feet start to really hurt after a day or two of wearing them.I had some other insoles in them before that were OK, but I wore them out and decided to try these gel ones. I'd used them before in another pair of boots and they seemed fine so after looking at a zillion different insole types and brands, I bought them again.Trimming to fit is easy with a pair of scissors, and they fit my boots fine. When you take them out of the package, you get the impression that you'll be walking on air. The gel is thick and squishy, and they sure seem like they'll be comfortable. However, if you're heavy like me, you'll soon realize that your body weight will squash them pretty flat when you walk on them. It's particularly apparent with my jungle boots because there's very little compliance in the sole-- it's RIGID, and these insoles just don't have enough thickness or cushion to be comfortable with such a hard sole. I wore them for a day and could feel my feet getting fatigued. My workaround was to reuse the factory insoles for the boot and then put these gel insoles on top. This is not the most elegant solution (I wanted to use a single insole instead of layers) but it adds just enough cushion that I can walk on these boots all day and not feel foot fatigue.I actually bought two pairs of these insoles at the same time. The second set went into a set of logger boots. Again, these are boots with very hard soles and minimal internal padding. In that case I removed the gel insoles completely and instead used a pair of Walk Hero insoles that I had bought on Amazon months before. The Walk Hero insoles have minimal padding but, oddly enough, are more comfortable in these boots (to my feet at least). They're designed to mitigate plantar fasciitis, which I've had in the past, and in the case of my logger boots they do a better job of protecting my feet.So these gel insoles work, but not always by themselves. If you're heavy and/or you buy these for shoes or boots with very hard soles, you may have to use another insole with them. For the price it's worth experimenting with them, but keep in mind that you may have to combine them with other insoles, or switch them out altogether if your feet don't like them. One last thing. Like I said before, I've used these gel insoles in another pair of boots. From experience I can tell you that you'll be replacing them yearly or maybe sooner depending on how many miles you put on them. The gel gets mashed down to nothing and the cushioning disappears. This isn't a big deal, especially for the price, but if your feet start hurting again after a while, it's probably time to order a new pair.

Skeptical but works well
I recently began experiencing foot pain as my job requires long hours standing on concrete. It got to the point that I was hobbling through the day. I tried all the usual pain relievers, over the counter remedies and even new footwear. I was skeptical of shoe inserts but figured I had nothing to lose for giving these a try. Trimming these to size and sliding them into my shoes was a simple operation. My shoes are now outrageously comfortable, giving me the foot support I needed. My foot pain has all but disappeared. They may not work for everyone, but so far these insoles have soothed my problem.

Not as comfortable as I thought they'd be...
They are easy to trim. I used my original insole as a template and had to make it a bit narrower than their standard size line. I was surprised how not comfortable these are. They feel soft and gelly to the touch. But I put my boot on with them and it felt almost exactly like the stock insole (Danner). I will say that my foot felt cooler on these versus the foam insole. I was hoping these would make my work boots feel like heydudes. Not even close.
