Fantastic book. Kyle writes with sensitivity and balanced spirituality that you can apply the affirmations or prayers at end of certain chapters are beautiful. I dont really like mainstream new age books yet this was so genuine, I cant fault it. Well done Kyle

The audio book is excellent but I wanted to have a hard copy as well so I bought the paperback.It’s a journey through the chakras with affirmations, suggestions, exercises… and you can also dip in and pick a page a bit like a daily reading.I find it very easy to resonate with what Kyle Gray talks about and I find this book comforting as well helpful and inspiring.I don’t believe you’ll be disappointed if you buy it.

I love Kyle and really enjoyed this book. If you've been into this subject for a while, most of the information won't be new to you. However, that doesn't mean that it's not worth reading again. It's easy to plough on with your life and forget about the basics.Kyle has a lovely writing style and uses some really nice examples from his own life in the intro section. I also really love how the book can be read from the beginning til the end or just picked up and browsed for some inspiration.

I love Kyle Gray and this is another one of his books that lives up to its expectation. He has written it simply so it is easy to understand and follow his guidance. It is hard to put down when you start reading as he draws you in with each line and it flows nicely too. Kyle has also written it in a way that makes it easy to pick up and go back to different sections as many times as you like until you remember it. I pop it in my bag most days as my ‘go to’ wherever I am and whenever I can to keep my vibes up. I love it! A great book full of ways to lift and keep your vibes up.

Sometimes when I’m looking for guidance from the universe i meditate but decided to also try trusting the universe by randomly opening a page in this book.Every time I have done this, the guidance given has been relative to my situation and guided me. I feel that I have given the universe a tool to guide me with this book.

I’ve bought a few of Kyle’s books, decks and courses and I am blown away by his wisdom.He is one of my biggest inspirations to write songs, books and poetry myself…when I use his tools, my channel gets even clearer to create.This book is once again absolutely incredible. Very good and easy to read

once you read enough in the genre (New Thought) they all the same, the message is done to death. It would take something extraordinary to interest me in this type of books
