I absolutely love this cup! My only complaint is that one of latches that keep the coffee lid closed broke right off right as I opened it to drink my coffee. Never dropped the lid or hit it. Just noticed that where the latch is turned from clear to white and suddenly broke. Is it possible to get a replacement lid?

Received in mail today and absolutely love this mug. However, the lid was broken. It was sent in a soft pack shipping bag and the plastic lid was busted inside. This is a gift I need for this weekend so, no time to send back. I’ll have to try to find a replacement in one day…..Very disappointing. It would’ve been perfect. .

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter loves the mug but when using it with hot liquids the lid pops off on it's own.

This item was horrible the first one I received when u put hot liquid in it the lid would pop off so requested replacement. Got the new one and it does the same thing. I have already returned both cups but I am still waiting for my refund.

This is a great gift for a girl that loves to read.

The cup is great works well but the lid broke within 2 months of using. Just recommend buying a different lid maybe one from tervis? That’s what we did.
