Supplied Product is entirely different than claimed specifications
Product specification says traditional Kashmiri silk wool 1 Inch thick. It is of neither Kashmiri silk wool nor its thickness is 1 inch. Its thickness is 15mm max. It is acrylic material. Ordered Red color carpet . Supplied is maroon color. Also Design supplied is entirely different. Due to Diwali, we did not return but very unhappy about the product.
