Great book.

Excellent overview for the non-cardiologist clinician or cardiology trainee. Basic physics and physiology concepts are smoothly integrated with clinical data interpretation. Easy to read. Many diagrams and case studies. This is a must read for internal medicine residents, pulmonary/cardiology fellows, or any looking to improve clinical intuition for hemodynamic derangement.
