Where can I start!? I bought a different version of this Android from this company and after emailing back and forth, it was decided that the screen had to be returned. Jane is super amazing! I mean over three weeks of troubleshooting and more. She is amazing person that will answer your emails to make sure your unit is working properly. Instead of getting a replacement, I just bought the best version they had on Amazon and Jane still was able to trouble shoot some minor problems that can be fixed as best as she can teach or go over. I recommend you get this product and if you need help with some troubleshooting don’t hesitate to message on Amazon and email Jane about your particulars.

I was between 3 different Android head units for my 8th Gen 2012 Honda Accord prior to purchasing this one. There are several similar products for this exact vehicle available so it was difficult to pick at first. However, turned out that this product was most superior and authentic out of the 3 that I compared due to items such as the metal casing and built-in cooling fan. Here are some installation tips for a successful install:Once you remove the original OEM screen, put black electrical tape around the edges of the screen for a cleaner finish (avoiding backlight from shining through) prior to mounting to the new housing.Separately order a longer and higher quality RCA aux cord to be able to run the cord from the center console to the head unit. The one provided with this system is too short for this application.The microphone provided is not necessary to be used. The built in microphone voice quality is sufficient as is so you can have a cleaner look without routing the additional microphone.Wireless CarPlay works well but if it ever acts up, you can switch to wired CarPlay. There is also a SIM card reader that I routed to the glove box in case I decide to add cellular data service to this unit at a later time.I ordered a rearview camera separately and routed the wiring to the head unit.If you are adding a rearview camera, you will need to disable the guidelines from the camera because this head unit already has very clear guidelines displayed automatically when the camera is triggered. I recommend tapping into the reverse tail light for power to the camera.Transfer the snap-in clips from the original OEM screen housing to the new head unit housing to snap it into place. As long as you do this, you will not have issues related to the unit falling out on its own like some other reviews mention.I recommend drilling a hole in the center console to be able to route the aux cord to the head unit to have sound. This will also allow you to continue to have steering wheel controls for volume. If you do this step correctly, you will have sound from the unit.You can continue to use ALL functionality from the original OEM radio including FM, AM, SIRIUS XM, CD, etc. Therefore, you do not need to add a separate radio antenna to this unit.Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of this unit. I purchased the more expensive 4GB/64GB version for faster speeds and higher capacity. I did reach out to the seller with a few questions during my install and they responded very quickly and were helpful. I would recommend this unit to anyone with this model vehicle to make the interior look more modern and up to date. Some of the key features that I’m impressed with are Wireless CarPlay, backup camera, steering wheel controls integration, seamless factory style housing components, and brightness of screen is in sync with the headlights. This unit adds so many features to the vehicle while continuing to maintain the factory look. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a nice radio..........but more NEGATIVES than positives. First the radio is hard to install for the normal person. You will more than likely have to pay a technician to install and get working properly. Second there were very little instructions included and what instructions were included were very POORLY written and very hard to understand fully. Second their customer service is some of the worst I have ever encountered. You have to email them and it takes days for a response. The responses are very short and of little help. They wear you out with questions to answer and each one of the questions takes multiple days for a response. I have had multiple issues and it literally took weeks to get the radio working properly trying to work with their customer service. You would be better off just paying a radio shop to install one than wasting your time on this one. Not happy at all. I would never recommend this radio to anyone.

Missing screws, no instructions. Installed and no audio. Could no get it to work

I just didn't get the point of not providing screws. The left right and the bottom clips didn't come attached. They'll give you 6 screws, you'll need about 13. Wasted an entire day to figure this out. Very frustrating. Also one of the clips broke off, they were flimsy. Not sure what to do now. Contacted them but haven't heard back. Stay away from this one. Get something else.Also there's a horrible light bleed at the bottom right.
