The only issues are.. the seat is uncomfortable after awhile & leaves your button sore, the screws & bolts need to be replaced for something that'll hold because the head light is always loosening & the kick stand, putting the bike together if you have bigger hands or fingers it's tight spaces but not a lot of actual work to do to put it together, shocks are cool but sometimes it can get a bit rough if you are sitting while going over a rough spot, the speed & fun is unmatched though. It's great on roads!! Be aware thought, in rocks and dirt be careful when leaning because the fat tires can cause you to slide a bit & maybe lose control if you don't know how to handle a bike like atv or dirt bike. Battery will drain pretty quick if you only use highest speed & throttle without peddling. If you manage the speed levels & peddling then you could get further & have more fun. PEOPLE WILL ASK QUESTIONS AND STARE lol so just be aware of that too. HAVE FUN & BE SAFE

I had bike for about 2 weeks now. It is my way to work in the evening. I have a 2 1/2 mile trip. I just got 2 flat tires today on the way to eating out. Luckily it was on my day off. I now have to fix 2 flat tires. thinking about getting run flat no puncture inserts. I got flats from these thorn thickly things in Texas. I didn't think that they would be a problem since this bike is designed for off road trail use. I'm having trouble contacting dealer for information on how to remove rear tire too. Can not find their number.

Good price bike, but needs work, headset steering tube is short and will not reach second bolt on bike handlebar clamp. Rear hydraulic breaks mushy biggest problem is break calipers too high from disc and only quarter of the break pads is grabbing onto the disc. Check the disc rotors for loctite,I lost a few screws. Top speed 26 Mph using phone GPS.

It's a nice bike but it's advertised to go 30+ mph but I can only get mine up to 27 mph I even did the code change.

I've had this bike for over a month already and put 97miles on it so far. I have followed Freego's instructions on the control speed unlock and I can honestly tell you. THIS BIKE DOES NOT GO OVER 28 MILES PER HOUR!!!!!!! The only time I mark 30.5mph (On 2 different phones not their odometer) is going down a slight decline. I have contacted the company but they stop responding. I’m convinced EVERY pos review came with some kind of incentive… The YouTube reviews definitely got these for free, they said it easily went 40mph. Lmao…I received the bike and I do not know if the fork shocks were Mozo or not, it did not come with any type of decals, sleeves or brand. And the shocks slam hard every time... The bike started smoking under the seat. Amazon is giving me an extremely hard time in refunding because for over 3 weeks, this company is not responding. Save your money and get something else

I have nothing but praise for the merchant FreeGoUSA and the DK200 e-bike. These bikes are rock solid, but not heavy. Fast as I'm 5' 10" 225 pounds and this bike gets up to 40 mph on a flat surface with pedal assistance from me. I originally bought two bikes for my kids to use and after taking one of them out for a test spin, bought another one for me the next day. All I can say is thank you FreeGoUSA!!!!

Do not, i repeat, do not buy from this seller. We never received the bike from Freego. We understand that stuff happens. However, the first time we reached out to Freego, their response time took at least a week if not longer and they lied and blamed it on the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier never even received the bike. The 2nd time we reached out to them, we got absolutely ZERO response, zip, nada, nothing. So Amazon stepped in to assist. Freego didn’t even respond to Amazon. Even though it took weeks, Amazon did refund our money in the end but it was a process!! The entire experience took about 2.5 months. Do not buy from this company - go elsewhere to get a e-bike!!!

The ebike they sent me was missing all of the advertised parts that make it a good buy.They say adjustable fork suspension, that is not true.They say 40 mph speed, that's not true.I was send a unit that was assembled incorrectly, and this led to a rapid unscheduled disassembly at 20 mph no lube.I would not recommend this bike to anyone.
