Great computer
I have an HP that I really loved until I ordered this ... this "takes the cake" it's awesome!Sleek very thin but very powerful ... couldn't be happier!!

Dead after 5 weeks and no Samsung Warranty
I had the ProBook 360 for 5 weeks and it worked great. All of sudden it wouldn't turn on. I had a blinking blue lights but the computer wouldn't turn on. I had a local tech support look at it that said it seems to be an internal battery issue. Called Samsung Tech Support who said the same thing. When talking to Samsung they stated the S/N for this computer was for sale outside of the US and is not covered under their manufacture's warranty. So now I will be paying out of pocket to have it fixed and without a computer for a couple of weeks. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this seller.

Returning the computer
It came with a wndows issue, I called Asurion and they could not fix it and sent me to Samsung. Samsung could not fix it and sent me to MS. MS's phone number I was given did not work.

STAY AWAY
If I could give 1 start I would. Got computer and touchscreen doesn't work. Not the mouse either. Contacted them and all they replied was to contact Samsung. Supposed to be a brand new computer and it is crappy. The lie in the insert that all the parts are new. Stay and run away fast! Amazon was no help either.
