Delicious and smooth
I started off with one of their products and one is not enough it delightfully, delicious and smooth product. I say get them all and there’s many to choose from!

Deliciously smooth!
I’ve tasted many lemon olive oils over the years, and I would place this one near the top. It’s remarkably smooth and just the right amount of lemon flavor. My only complaint is that it was shipped with another bottle, and neither was individually wrapped, so the glass bottles were banging each other.

They respect the craft
The bottle is dark to protect the contents from light and it taste like it’s infused with FRESH UNCOOKED garlic, not roasted. Roasted is good, but seeing as to how I cook, fresh is better

This Liokareas Garlic Olive Oil is from Greece. The garlic flavor is from real garlic and it's noticeable and fresh-tasting.The company takes pains to stress that the oil and garlic are cold fused, i.e. olive oil is crushed along with spice. (In contrast, "infused" means that spices/herbs were combined into the oil after the oil was extracted from the olives.) Cold fused also means that the healthy qualities of extra virgin olive oil were not damaged by heat during the flavor fusion process.The flavor of this oil is fine, but overall I prefer unflavored pure extra virgin olive oil. It is easier to discern both quality and subtleties of flavor in EVOOs without added spices or herbs. Also, a flavored oil is more limited in how you can use it, whether for cooking or finishing.The harvest date is recent and that the olives are from one family farm in Kalamata, Greece.It comes in a dark glass bottle to protect the oil from light damage/aging, but I still store it in a dark kitchen cabinet when I'm not using it.

Liokaras Organic Greek Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8.45 oz
Fresh garlic imparts the flavor to this organic Greek extra virgin olive oil. The olives are 100 percent single source so this is not a blend. To create this oil fresh garlic is cold pressed along with the olives and while the taste of some flavored olive oils overwhelm the olive flavor this one is mild and well-balanced. The oil has a rich yellow color and the basic olive oil flavor is complex with a predominately grassy and peppery with a light bitter finish.Combined with the garlic flavor this oil is a natural to use in salad dressings, pasta sauces and for bread dipping where the delicious flavor is not hidden. There is a foil cap encasing the lid with a pull tab to remove. The neck has a plastic insert to add some precision in pouring from the 8.45 ounce bottle. To estimate shelf-life at the time of this review in June 2022 the Best By date is 21 months in the future but dates will vary. Heat and light speed up deterioration of the oil so store in a cool dark place. Excellent.

Very tasty!
This is a wonderful olive oil and I love the addition of the garlic flavor. I’ve used this as a dipping sauce for bread and it’s so good. I didn’t add very many spices to it and it was perfect for dipping bread. I’ve also used this when making dressings and it adds a wonderful flavor. Because of the price, I save this for times when I’ll really be tasting the olive oil — like with dipping — as opposed to just cooking with it. But it would still work well for cooking, just a bit expensive. I really like how they cold pressed the garlic with the olives because it tastes great.
