Hope the information I get is correct.
That the battery last more than 1 day and keeps good time and hopefully reads correctly.

I recommend this watch for features and value
I like the watch very much. It is a very good size for my wrist; it is not too big or too small and it is comfortable to wear. I do wear it at night for the sleep-tracking feature. I have not worn a watch overnight before, as my other watches are a bit larger than this watch and not as comfortable to wear while I sleep. I tried to wear the DoSmarter T30 overnight for sleep tracking, but found it to be a bit large and uncomfortable for sleeping. This watch is nice.I like the watch face and the fact that I can choose from several different face styles. I tried a few and settled on the one that I like the most. The time and data display are very good. It is easy to read the information on the watch face and everything that I need to know is there at a glance. The battery life is excellent. I received the watch on Wednesday, May 11. I charged it fully and have not charged it again after that time. On Friday, May 20 and the watch indicated that the the charge was low. I charged it at that time and didn't need to charge it again for another week.I like that I have some control over setting some reminders, such as the Drink and Activity reminders. I only set the Push Notifications for Calls, SMS, and Messenger activities. These all work well for me. The Weather Report syncs with the weather app on my phone and gives me the current temperature.I had a problem with the Raise to Wake feature on the second day that I had the watch. The face display came on when I raised my wrist to look at the watch on the first day that I had it. I changed the time range for that feature and then it stopped working. I had to push the crown to get the display to turn on. I had to change the time range back to the original setting and turn bluetooth off and back on in order to get the Raise to Wake function to work again. It took a while to figure that out and it was annoying to not have the Raise to Wake function not working. It does work again, and it has worked well since I corrected the problem.I have Elevated Heart Rate Measurement turned on, but I don't know what the settings are or if it works since it has not yet indicated anything to me. It would be nice if there was an explanation of this feature someplace so I could understand what it is supposed to do.I do like the health monitoring features of the watch. I also like the way the app displays the results by date and time and that the app has a brief explanation of the normal ranges for heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. I would suggest that you do something similar for the sleep tracking feature. The app shows the data, but there is no explanation of what it means; for example, one of my nights showed 1 hour and 16 minutes of deep sleep and 6 hours and 54 minutes of light sleep, but I don't know if that is a good distribution of sleep patterns or if I should be concerned about it. Maybe I could look it up someplace or ask a doctor, but if the app tells me what a good range is for BP, heart rate and oxygen levels, then I would think that it could tell me something about normal sleep patterns.I took a swim with the watch on my wrist and it is, indeed, waterproof. I had no problem with the watch after I was in the ocean. I also took a bike ride and the watch tracked my activity and saved the data in the app. I will test some of the other activities, such as elliptical and hiking and I will report on those as well.I tested the Find Watch feature and it works well. I also tested the Shake Photograph feature and it works.I would like to be able to set the amount of time that the watch face stays on when I Raise to Wake or when I turn it on using the crown. Two seconds is sometimes too short a period of time if I want to see something other than just the time. Pressing the crown turns on the display for 5 seconds.Overall, I like this watch very much. I would recommend it to others who may want a fitness watch at a good price.

Half the Price and Does It All
I used to have the competitive product which I paid twice as much for and it died after only a year. I also found the other product frustrating because the watch face was so small and not very bright - outside I couldn't read it at all. Very frustrating. This fitness watch has a larger face with an IN COLOR display that I can easily read both indoors and out. It is also waterproof like the other and takes my pulse, blood pressure and monitors and reports on my sleep as well as my steps just like the other. The app is a bit clunkier and I do not get an emailed summary of my week's results like the other, but for the price and the readable face it was a great buy.

Over counts steps
Easy to set up if you go online for the manual. You set the clock by sinking it with a phone.
