Get the job done in a pinch. I load mine a couple of months a go and never got it back. The CD is is formatted for a 16bit computer useless.. I'll need to upgrade to the 6th ed coming out soon

I usually don't write reviews, but this purchase was an exception. The dictionary I purchased is very specific to the business that I am in. Had I bought a new dictionary, it would have cost many times as much. In fact, I was skeptical of the price advertised. The book's condition was also described as good. The dictionary was delivered earlier than promised and its condition was very good. This was my first purchase from Amazon.com, but it won't be the last.

How do you raise a future home appraiser? Sprinkle a little verbiage, send him out with a seasoned appraiser, feed, water, & see what happens. I am surprised that there isn't more terminology for Ceilings though, ever since HGTV came on the scene, we all know the difference between a "tray and, coffer-ed" one.

This book is the most complete book on Real Estate Appraisal in print. If you want to learn about the techniques of Real Estate appraisal this is the book fornyou. The Appraisal Institute also sells it, But thanks to Amazon you can save money by buying it here.

I paid more for this used book, than most of these were selling for used, due to the fact that a CD Rom accompanied the book. The CD Rom cannot be used with Windows 7 or Vista, so it's useless to me...The CD Rom that is.
