Has really helped with my stiff neck great product.

I recently ordered this as I have kyphosis - curvature of the spine/hump at the back of my neck - due to working in a desk based role (which has contributed to poor posture). I was skeptical this would be a solution but pleased to share that incorporating this into my daily routine has already made a large difference to how I feel. At first it was a little uncomfortable as you have to correctly align your neck on it which I'm not used to but I can already feel it's working. I hope to see more visual results as it's only been a few days of use but so far so good - I'm happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

I spend a lot of time at my desk and often find that my neck gets tense. This helps stretch out the tension, but I thought it would be softer. It is hard and doesn't warm to your body temperature quickly so it takes a bit of 'tolerating. It makes sense that it is this way, it's just not what I expected. It is effective. I use it just before I go to bed for about half an hour.

I’m always on phone or laptop so I had quite bad neck pain for a while so I got a neck support but it still hurts so I went to hospital and took CT film .. the doctor said my neck cervical vertebra become so much straighter than normal people and tole me if it gets worse I will need surgery.. I found this is useful on social media so I purchased this and… After using this for about 5 days the pain is gone!!! Like this is a AMAZINGLY

I think i was expecting miracles but alas no miracles were forthcoming. It's ok, perhaps time will tweak so jury's out on this for a tad longer

I can't believe that just by using this for 10 minutes twice a day my stiff neck, which is caused by sitting at a keyboard for 10 hours a day, has gone. I am now going to buy one of these for my Dad who always complains about his neck.

Wasn't sure what to expect about this neck and shoulder relaxer, but wanted to give it a try based on other reviews, since I often suffer with quite severe neck pains - probably owing to my clerical job. In terms of how I've been using it, I use it twice per day, ten minute sessions each day, and honestly I can't believe just how effective this is. If you suffer from neck or shoulder pain, don't delay in getting this. It's a very small amount to pay to help with this kind of pain. Highly recommended.
