First, I was impressed with the ease of assembly! Maybe 5 or six steps. The chair is sturdy (40 + some odd pounds) and the built-in ottoman is unique, but certainly adds to the overall comfort of the chair The rocking function is not what I expected, but I was unrealistically comparing it to my existing rocking chairs. I decided to return it and their representative’s follow ups were timely and the refund was received quicker than expected. I’m a retired customer service expert and Funberry gets it!
