This. Damn. BEAUTIFUL. Filament!!!
I bought this filament to print some homemade "Nerf" blasters.. oh man this color came out DIVINE!! and the print quality is PEAK. a bit expensive but its worth it tbh. The cost is pretty justified. ProtoPasta has become my #1 favorite filament brand quickly, though i do wish 1kg spools could be sold on here, im sure many would be willing to pay to purchase them. The 500g spools dont feel sufficient, id like more "bulk" quality on here in the future maybe bundles too. But this Nebula color will NOT dissapoint!

Looks amazing, but you may need to adjust your settings
Initially I was running into some serious under-extrusion issues, but after I set my flow rate to 125%, it prints beautifully. Your printer may vary, so test different flow rates.

Excellent for printing light diffusers
Objects printed with this are absolutely gorgeous. It's not perfectly clear, but has a slight translucency which catches and refracts light in a cool way. Where it *really* shines, in my opinion, is when it's heat treated. When heated to above 110°C, it turns a semi-opaque milky white that diffuses light, making it perfect for light pipes and LED diffusers for my electronics and model projects. For smaller and/or flatter parts, I've been heat treating them right on the heated bed by turning the temperature up for a few minutes after printing. The heat treating process also seems to make it easier to file and sand, which is an added bonus. The only con I can think of is the cost, but it's a quality product that prints perfectly, and it's made here in the US, so it's worth the extra cash in my opinion.

Surprisingly Awesome Recycled Filament
I was expecting less consistency in layer adhesion, since this is a recycled. Sometimes, impurities in the bulk processing of recycled filament leads to issues, but this wasn't the case. This filament is great!Since I've been branching out into higher quality pla, I had to see about grabbing some protopasta. This was on sale. That being said, I'm having some adhesion issues, but I'm pretty sure that's due to switching to a G10 bed. My prints have been coming out stronger than I thought was even possible with pla, and that's with 7% infill. This spool really sold me on spending the extra dollars.

Low quality for Protopasta
I realize this is recycled filament but I still expected more from a filament with protopasta on the package. It clogged my nozzles and was very messy on all of the models I tried it on. Ended up using it for testing to burn through the rest of it. Won't purchase anymore over just buying black from other companies.

Meh
The recycle filiment is ok for what it is.But works print as nice as the cheaper china stuff.I like US made stuff, but the other spools are $30 for 1/2 KG.So it's WAY more expensive than the china stuff by a huge amount.
