Big and expensive
I can only comment on the practicality of taking these tablets as they are designed as a dietary supplement and so their efficacy will be different for individual patients. The gel tablets themselves are quite big making them a little difficult to swallow. The manufacturer recommends taking three per day, which makes it rather expensive. I therefore take only one per day, which may not be fulfilling its original design but it is what I can manage in terms of cost and practicality.

I am taking these as a supplement to help my eyes since I was diagnosed with dry AMD. Good product which arrived promptly. Very pleased.

These were recommended for my husband to take. We don't now whether they are doing any good.

Have found great relief from dry eye taking these ,i take 2 every morning have tried other supplements but these are the best.
