KapsKaps Alu Super, Thermal and Insulating Triple Layer Shoe Insoles for Winter, Made in Europe

I have now purchased 2 pairs of these for my wife, who spends many hours each day getting in and our of a delivery vehicle that has very limited heat.They appear to be very well made and have a very stiff, but well padded arch support, that also helps make them easy to install and remove from the boot.The reflective foil and padded wool foot bed does a great job of keeping her feet warm... in conjunction with cold weather socks.The boots these were purchased for are women's size 5.5 and the US W6/EU 36 are a great fit.*The wool covering is stitched on, so I do not think that they could be easily trimmed.

I wore these in my steel toe boots while working outside on concrete. Kept bottom of my feet warm and helped tremendously! Steel toes suck in winter, but I could definitely feel a difference. Had to remove when outside temp was warmer, feet got too warm!! Silver side down and comfy felt liner.

They didn't seem to do much, I'm a soldier and tossed these in my boots. They made hardly any difference if any at all.

Tried these in my snow boots and they do keep your feet warm. And, they are thin enough to wear in your regular shoes or sport shoes. Good bargain!

Not happy with this product. The insole has a silver-sided bottom that is slippery and I can feel it sliding a bit in my shoe which is a little unsettling especially when walking on icy pavement in the winter. It does keep my feet slightly warmer but is not particularly as effective as other insulating shoe inserts I've tried. Overall, I would not recommend.

it actually works! very easy to fit to your own size.it kept my feet warm in very cold weather when i did not have winter boots on me.

This is the second pair I have purchased in as many days they are fantastic, so comfortable and so warm, I've had other insoles before claiming to do the same thing bit these ones are definitely the best, i will be ordering more. If you are looking for warm insoles then pick these every time you will not regret it, well worth the money.

They are great for winter, I did notice that the silver foil started to run away, but I had them in my work shoes, which I wear for about 12 hours a day.

Excellent value for money but will need gluing to base of shoe in order to stop it constantly slipping due to the nature of the foil base

excellent for cold weather. wellingtons are always cold very little insulation. these inserted into the boot make feet nice and toasty.

Unfortunately very thin, and even thinner after being in use for just a week or two. Help with warmth but not hugely.
