So far so good. She really likes it. My son put it together so wasn’t too difficult just time consuming. Cute design. Slide is definitely narrow and thin material for ages recommending.

Everything about this bed is exactly what we wanted it to be EXCEPT two things. One was that the slide didn't sit on the floor so it would make a loud smack sound on the hardwood- fixed it with a yoga mat. The other is that one of the slats for the roll guard on the top bunk was too short- we fixed it by using a longer wood screw and going in from the outside - because the bar is too short there is exposed screw threads which we have covered with teflon tape..

The bunk bed is easy to install, but I have a few suggestions to make this product even better.To start, I would recommend proofreading the instructions. There are 2 parts that are labeled as the back right support, and missing a front right support. Also, there are several parts that have pre-drilled hole of different sizes, but you have to page 2-4 pages ahead to determine which hardware will be used. If these holes could be made with the corresponding size (larger and smaller) to help note this on the pictures, or with different symbols, this will help prevent time taken to tear half the bed apart to put it together correctly.And finally, there is only enough hardware for the bed to be put together, and we had a few manufacturer defective hardware pieces that we had to find at a hardware store. Just 1-2 extra of each hardware would be appreciated to prevent multiple trips to the hardware store to get these replacement pieces.

Really cute bed. Came in a third of the time it said it would take. My daughter loves it. Can’t beat the $300 price with shipping. Instructions to put together were horrible and wrong. Took common sense but was put together in 4 hours.

So I had missing parts but great customer service resolved my issues and the final product looks great my daughters love it. Thanks for your quick response

I wish the slide had higher sides. Also don’t recommend for anyone under 3 or 4 only because it hard to climb and slide is super fast

It was hard to put together got follow instructions exact a lot of pieces but really cheep looks great put together

Missing lots of parts no contact number in packaging.***Update***New bed sent after going through Amazon everything is together and the kids love it. Bunk is lower to the ground then a regular bunk bed making it safer. Replacement arrived quick!
