I had previously given 1 star as the zapper self destruction. However, the company saw my review and offered to send me a new one. I joyfully accepted as when it did work, it really did a great job. I've been using it outdoors under my covered patio and I do a quick clean out every other day. For now, it gets 5 stars.*********In less than a year this product self destructed period I found the cord melted and no power to the system.It's supposed to be an outdoor appliance. It was under protection of eave and patio cover. Go figure!

This thing works quite well. I put it on at night when I go to bed and let it do its thing while I am sleeping. It appears to be doing the job as I have a lot less little buggies in my home. I live in Florida and different times of the year it can get bad. I like being able to move it around easily too. I have a screened porch and when I want to sit out there I bring it with me. I have two cats and they pay this no mind... other then to start at the occasional sharp noise when something larger gets zipped. I'm happy with my purchase.

The light blew out and I tried to replace the bulbs but they wouldn't come out. I only used it one summer, maybe 5 times. Big waste of money. UPDATE: The seller sent me a refund even though I didn't ask for one. Thank You!

Everyone who has a mosquito issue must buy this bug zapper. We have a wooden swail behind Our Property. This BUG ZAPPER IS THE BEST. We had another one that did not do the job.At night time it is like a fire works show watching the zapper work. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED My Son was over last week and could not believe how the bug zapper was working in the day time. I ordered one for my Son and delivery is tomorrow.He cant waitIT YOU HAVE MOSQUITOS BUY THIS ZAPPER

This is very easy to use, just take it out of the box and plug it in. We are hanging it from the eave on our deck, and is very close to the outlet which is important. I put it on an outdoor timer so it comes on and goes off with our desired timing. Empty the tray about once a week, and we feed the dead bugs to the birds.

Ordered 2 of these. The first one must have had bad wiring because when we plugged it in it continually arced and we couldn't trust it not to catch on fire. The second one is still working but I'm guessing it will end up like the first one.

This is the best thing I’ve found works phenomenal now I need a replacement bulb but it lasted forever. I actually use it inside as well
