Sometimes my toes cramp up from curling my toes under in an attempt to hold on to the boots that are a little too big while I'm walking. Or, my calves cramp from running and over-exercising. Toes and calves usually cramp up while I'm falling off to sleep. I get out of bed and massage this BioLab magnesium cream into wherever my body is cramping and I get relief right away.Rubbing it on my arms and forearms eases muscle strain. It IS soothing. I also rub it into my very dry heels. It makes my heels look beautiful. So, I am mainly using this magnesium as a beauty aid as well as a "comfort from pain" cream. At this point in my life I am running and walking a lot to release stress. Sometimes work and life make demands that cause stress and I have not mastered the art of lowering stress in multiple ways. I exercise or do house chores while listening to music as ways to relieve stress.Wherever you rub in this magnesium, you will notice your skin will become hydrated. Even fresh and youthful looking. Without any sticky feeling! I can recommend it to you knowing you will get great benefits from it! I love it!

I only used this a few times before the pump stopped working. I have no reason to doubt that what's inside is a good product, but unfortunately I'm unable to use it.

I have always been a little low on magnesium. It is a critical vitamin/mineral to start many other bodily processes. I take so many vitamins as it is and this gives me a chance to get my magnesium other than the traditional way. (I don't think that I process my vitamins very well from food because I'm usually deficient in lots of them.) I heard that magnesium is a vitamin/mineral that is absorbed through your skin. I will be looking forward to my next blood tests to see if this is working. The cream is smooth and goes on easily. It doesn't feel greasy or strange. It absorbs right away and doesn't leave marks on the bed sheets. I have a thing with creams that smell funny, but this one really doesn't smell like anything at all. Overall if it's getting me vitamins, and it's one less pill, I really like it.

I rode on a airplane. When I got home, my sciatica was killing me. I spent all day In pain. I could hardly walk. I decided to try this cream. One squirt on my low back area and the pain immediately went away! I was shocked! Also, my husband fractured his toe. He used it on his toe and it helped him to. We are amazed. I bought it initially for calming my son with autism. It's hard to say if it's helping him because he's also on calming meds. My mom has cancer and I'm going to give her some to try for her backaches.

I had hoped perhaps applying cream to “achy” areas might help, but whereas the cream for say Vitamin D or the progesterone make sense to apply to skin, since D is created in skin from sun, and progesterone doesn’t naturally go through gastrointestinal tract (why ORAL estrogen is probably dangerous while skin patches proving safe or at least safer), magnesium is needed throughout the body and IS usually taken in orally as food. I didn’t notice any benefit for myself to use this particular cream.

I wanted to add magnesium oil to my health regiment, but oil by itself caused too much tingly itching on my legs. I discovered this cream which had the oil plus other healthy ingredients and I really like it. The cream goes on easily and absorbs right away and no smell. I am almost out now and will probably buy another bottle.

I purchased this MG cream with a bit of apprehension, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the results. After the first application for shoulder pain, I felt the results were due to the placebo effect. After a few more applications, I am confident that it is anything BUT a placebo effect. My shoulder pain has lessened to the point that I no longer take NSAIDs throughout the day. My range of motion has increased and I sleep better (both due to reduction in pain level). Has this cream cured me of my ailes? No. Would I recommend this cream to others? Absolutely! Your results may vary…..

The cream is gritty but at least it doesn’t feel greasy or sticky. There really isn’t a scent. I had weird dreams after the first two days of using it which I then read can be common with magnesium. My husband said it helped the soreness in his legs but then gave him restless legs all night so he traded one problem for another. Not sure I would but again.
