As soon as spring is sprung I’m out in the fields gathering nettle leaves to make fresh tea & soup. And getting stung. Yup. But it’s worth it for the exceptional benefits of this wonderful plant. I sometimes dry the leaves when I feel energetic but it’s a long drying process. Sometimes I buy the ground leaf in herb stores too & make my own caps.So (long story short) to get hold of this as a ready prepared supplement is really helpful to keep up the dosage without any effort involved at all apart from opening the bottle.What’s amazing about this supplement is how tiny the tabs are. They’re really really small which makes them an absolute doddle to swallow. The dosage is 200mg per tab which is fair with a total of 180 tabs.If you know about the wonders of nettle then you’ll be really happy to find a supplement like this that’s both reasonable in price & so easy to take as well as being manufactured in the UK. It came with a long expiry date too 30/01/2027:Highly recommend.

I'm not sure how long it usually takes to see results, but I've been taking this supplement for around 3 weeks now and haven't felt any obvious improvements.Seeing as there is a 6 months supply, I will continue to take and will report back with my findings.The tablets are nice and small, so easy to swallow and compared with other supplements, they aren't expensive.

Well you cant tell if they are working until you have taken at least half a bottle and not done that yet.Hope to reduce blood sugar.
