Amazing value
This pre workout is extremely high value. I've never seen dosages like these on a pre workout under £45 and on top of that it tastes amazing and amazing energy. Outstanding pumps and 60 servings. Incredible. Efectiv nutrition have really outdone themselves.

Not a great experience for me!
I wasn’t impressed with the flavour of this at all. It’s sickly and I’m very dubious about the ingredients. Initially I pushed through and kept using it but it started to give me a very bad tummy and toilet issues so I’ve stopped using it as I feel it doesn’t agree with me at all. I can’t really recommend this at all and I don’t feel it’s good value for money. Try it with caution!

Mixed feelings about the ingredients but it works
I like caffeine based pre-work out drinks - they do the best job for me. I decided to test this one because it has high caffeine. I did notice the rest of the products seem a bit chemical, but here we are.The box looks nice and is well secured from the powder crystalizing. Inside somewhere there is a measuring spoon that I'm still trying to find, and a humidity absorbing sachet.I went for the pineapple taste because I like the fruit and things like 'blue razz slush' don't appeal to me.It's 60 or 30 servings, depending if you need the double dose. Initially I tried it with the minimum amount and have to say I didn't feel much difference. The second time I added 10g, which is somewhere in the middle - max recommended dose is 14g a day. This time I went through my whole routine in the gym and still felt like I could do more, without feeling unusually 'awake'. Impressive. The powder dissolves in water into a slightly dark orange drink. It's sweet but not crazy sweet for me. Didn't leave any aftertaste or made me feel sick. I drank better tasting pre-work out drinks but this one is totally ok.Now for the slightly concerning part. The product is not natural, it's all chemical. That refers to the boosters as well as things like sweeteners etc. It's probably meant for people who treat bodybuilding a bit more seriously. There is also no nutritional information, which you'd normally find on most products like this. It's probably because I'd see more ingredients that would concern me.Also I wouldn't use this product all the time - I break it with other, more natural boosters. The price here is almost £30. It's around 40 servings for me, which isn't bad at all. The drink gives me the kind of boost I would have expected. If it was achieved with more 'natural' ingredients, I would keep using it. But I'm ok to recommend it.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

Tastes amazing and is very effective!
If you have ever tried preworkout, this one isn’t one that gives you that explosive kick and burst of energy, but rather one that gives you a mediocre yet consistent buzz to get you through your workout. The pineapple flavour was nice and refreshing and didn't really have that artificial and dreadful taste that I jhave experienced from other brands. I'm very curious to know what the other flavours taste like as Efectiv clearly have a nice range here. For weight training, this preworkout is okay, it helps give you that extra edge of energy but also focus to get those extra reps in. However, as previously mentioned, you won’t have that crazy kick and wrath of power like perhaps C4s Extreme Energy variant would offer. Though this preworkout for sure performed well during my boxing sessions where stamina comes more into play. Though I wouldn’t recommend this too much for HIIT/Cardio training as the adrenaline kick would work against you.I will say that this is a well balanced preworkout for sure, not the most heavy hitting one that I have tried, but rather, one that keeps you focused, alert and productive in the gym dojo.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

It Did The Job But At What Cost...
The tub has a good seal on it and it smells amazing, the taste is good but I was expecting it to be really sour/tangy so I was surprised it was so smooth and doesn't have a very artificial flavour. It's easy to mix in my electronic shaker, there are a few small grains that settles in the bottom but no big clumps which is a plus. If you don't have a shaker(you probably do if you're buying preworkout supplements) it could probably mix perfectly fine in a glass of water with a spoon.I decided to pace this single scoop 250ml over around 30 minutes before my workout as the last preworkout I had hit VERY hard initially. After around 20 minutes I started to feel my sweat increase slightly but the actual boost in energy wasn't anywhere near the hat I was hoping for.In terms of keeping me going through my 3 hour workout it didn't really give me the edge I was looking for at all. Maybe one scoop wasn't enough for my first use so I'll be doubling that on the next workout and see if I can get a better result.Second test but this time two scoops - one flat scoop and one a little more heaped - the flavour was better than my original single scoop test and the powder dissolved around the same with some little grains at the bottom but still a smooth drink besides the last sip.Much better result from the double dose, I guess I needed more than I expected with this one.I really need a preworkout for my chest days because with my 15-20 minute ab workout before I start weight lifting, I really need that extra kick to get me through because with the Chest, triceps, shoulders and forearms after my ab session it pushes up to 3 hours. Near the end of the push routine I can be running on fumes without a supplement before hand, my pull days aren't too bad with my abs worked in as that's only around a two hour workout which I can manage with a advanced burn preworkout capsule. The preworkout kept me going for the full workout which is what I needed. I'm not 100% about the nutrition information though as it doesn't give any details on the carbs, sugar content, fat, protein etc. It could either be really good or really bad...Overall it did the job, it tastes nice and I didn't crash after it 👌🏻 a little more transparency about the full nutrition list would be nice so it's going to cost it a star making it 3 stars. I'm trying to cut down mostly on sugar intake but with this I don't know what I'm getting.
