I have been useing this product many years, I sleep very good, I use the bathroom very efficiently without difficulty, my muscles feel good after doing my Aqua exercises. I will continue to use it. But it is very difficult to obtain on Amazon.

I have suffered with cluster headaches and migraines most of my life and after googling remedies I found magnesium supplements. I had already been taking some other Rainbow Light products so I gave these a go. I had read that a magnesium deficiency can manifest as: constipation, headaches/migraines, trouble sleeping, anxiety...all things I had suffered with. Within two days I could tell a major difference because the headaches and tension in my shoulders were gone. I can tell when I haven’t taken it because my shoulders start to feel tense just like they used to. I haven’t had a single headache for two weeks now (which is rare for me) and I’m completely regular without the use of stool softeners or other products. The only “con” is the pills are quite large and I sometimes burp them—it tastes like herbs, which I’m totally ok with if it means no headaches. Another “con” is that you have to take them 3 times a day, but again, totally worth it to me. These supplements have been a lifesaver for me.

Just had bone density text and at 65 years young I am in the normal range. Taking these every night also helps keep me regular.

Some forms of magnesium are not good for me. This one is great.

Been using these for a long time and appreciate the mix of nutrients. I sleep better, and helps my calcium and magnesium stay consistant. It's a little pricy but when I find something my body absorbs, I have to stick with it.
