Attractive hanging over the edge of a glass utility tumbler from France that I use to hold bathroom essentials. However, this item is more than merely eye-catching in its' bright decorative copper, it also clears all the light colored muck off your tongue with a gentle touch. I stress no more than that is required, as you would not want to dig too deeply and make your tongue bleed. Your mouth is full of germs naturally (as is everyone's) but a scratch makes you vulnerable to infection and it is totally unnecessary with a smart tool like this one - slightly broader than the average ordinary available scraper - where a few lightly applied strokes will clean your tongue in seconds. My preference is to do this after I've cleaned my teeth thoroughly and before a final gargle. I feel really clean and safe for the day. Make sure you've cleaned the scraper itself so it's good and sanitary for the next time you use it. I find it unnecessary to repeat the scraping a second time at night, the morning activity seeming to be sufficient. Again, a nice safety feature allowed by this mouth scraper's size and slightly rounded front edge. You'll get used to your new routine in no time at all.

These work great. This is pretty gross, but I never realized how much gunk I had on my tongue, especially in the morning. I'm not sure whether it's actually good for you to scrap your tongue, but it sure feels good, both while you're scraping and the clean feeling afterward. You can easily vary the pressure to your comfort level.The size of these is larger than I expected, but that's necessary because it allows you to get far back on the tongue. However, storage is a little difficult - if you have small sized adult hands, make a "V" shape from your thumb to your pinky finger, you'll get an idea of how much space this thing takes up.Also, my box had three scrapers, but as far as I can tell, I'll only need one. It's just a piece of copper, and I expect it could last my whole life unless it gets lost or someone steps on it.P.S. It was probably just one of the Amazon sellers, but the packaging this arrived in looked like it was 30 years old. The ends had torn through the plastic wrap. The scrapers were fine, though.

I like the design of this tongue scraper. It is 100% copper which is an effective anti-bacterial and anti-viral metal. I've used it a few times and it really does clean the tongue well. Caution: relax your tongue and do not press too hard. I accidently cut the back of my tongue. You just need a light touch. I also follow up with oil pulling, brushing, and rinsing. There are instructions on the box. You get 3 tongue scrapers sealed in plastic inside a taped cardboard box.

I have used many tongue scrappers before, and I can tell these are of good quality. Tongue scrappers are recommended in Ayurveda to get rid of bacteria and improve health of digestive system. Specifically, copper tongue scrapers are much more beneficial than plastic or steel ones. I find these easy to use, they are sturdy, the scrapper part is thick enough not to hurt tongue. Overall, great product, and it is made in India - Ayurveda's birthplace.

ok, not to be tmi, but i used this for the first time ever, scraped it forward, and this enormous gob of spit just came out and slid off the copper like a giant dewdrop into the sink. it looked gross and felt AMAZING. i mean, i kept scraping, but yeah, even just that one scrape got this whole coating off my tongue that i didn't even know was there until it was plopping down into the sink. it's like hawking a spit, except more controlled and cleaner. can't wait to use this doodad twice a day. my tongue feels like a newborn fawn, fresh and free.

I Absolutely love these. I got one for my mom and one for myself. These are the best quality copper tongue scrapers I could find. Most copper tongue scrapers are thin and flimsy compared to the stainless steel versions... but these are thick and sturdy copper. Very well made.There are studies that show that copper kills viruses, that’s why I wanted a copper scraper over stainless steel.

This is so dangerous !!! It’s uneven and sharp on one side with a copper hair sticking out that could be swallowed. The other side is smooth but it’s a hazard waiting to happen and could cut your tongue. Poor quality control be careful when you purchase this and make sure it’s smooth on both edges. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t dangerous

I have a silver stainless steel tongue scraper two actually and both of them the entire band has the ability to scrape but on these copper ones there’s only a small portion of it that’s actually flat and able to scrape and then the rest of it tapers and turns into long unnecessary handles (for want of a better word...) on both sides for that reason it gets a lower star rating from me. I expected the whole thing to be able to function as a tongue scraper and not just a little section in the middle... it takes multiple passes to scape your whole tongue with these ones as opposed to my silver ones that can do entire tongue in one pass.

It’s a really good product. It gives a good clean, gets rid of all the white on your tongue. Leaving you with a red looking tongue, clean and fresh breath! Only thing that bothers me is that it hurts my tongue while cleaning it. And sometimes it bleeds too. I don’t clean it rough to hurt myself. I think it’s just strong?

I asked the customers if it came with two, and one person said he got several, so I bought it thinking I'd get two or more, but I only got one.Nevertheless its still a pretty tongue scraper ..

This is an awesome tongue cleaner and would highly recommend. I would just have to suggest though not to do it to hard the first time, especially when you are not used to it, but then, it definitely works. I've had plastic tongue cleaners that barely do the work, so I know...
