I already own the Ajna Deluxe Mat and Pillow, which are sold separately, and use them daily. I am so glad that they have now released a lighter version of the Mat and Pillow, which are sold as a set, providing me with a travel version of the mat and pillow I already love.I am 62, have sciatica, spinal arthritis and nerve damage in my lower spine. I use the mat and pillow to aid with pain relief and increase in circulation. I use the travel Acupressure Mat in my car, and also on my chair at the kitchen table during meals. I am a knitter and needle pointer and use the mat behind my back on the couch while working. I use the pillow on the floor, to help with the circulation in my feet. I also use the pillow behind my neck to ease tension in my neck muscles.I practice yoga on a daily basis and use the mat and pillow for savasana and also during meditation. I find them both very effective on focusing my attention to the moment and not letting my mind wander so much.I receive a twice monthly massage and recently my masseuse commented on how relaxed my back muscles were becoming and keep on doing what I was doing. I told her about the Ajna mat and pillow and how I have been using them daily.I recently experienced an out of county bereavement and did travel with my original mat and pillow, I used it at the end of very intense days to relieve the tension and stress in my back and neck. How much more convenient it would have been to have had a lighter mat and pillow to travel with. I can see using the lighter version of the mat in a variety of locations that I would not use the original heavier mat.The only difference I can see between the original and the new travel version is the internal structure. The new travel version is a pillow form interior which the original is buckwheat and lavender in the pillow, and coconut husk in the mat. The same quality in the external cover and the lotus spikes is identical. The lighter version of the mat and pillow also weigh less than the original making it easier to transport in a suitcase or overhead luggage.I highly recommend this product, the price point is amazing for the quality of product that is produced. I am also impressed by the company policy of their ethically sourced materials their commitment to planting a tree for every product sold.

This is the BEST set I found after doing a ton of research on different brands and styles of mats. This is the best deal, has the lotus flower design (a lot of people who had both mats with the lotus and plain spikes said the lotus designs felt more effective), comes with a cute carrying bag, and all of the materials are eco-friendly, including the packaging it arrives in! And Ajna has the best customer service I've seen in a while! They really want to make sure you get the most out of your purchase, and follow up multiple times to make sure you're happy. I've already turned a few of my coworkers onto this set. I've only had it for a few days but I feel pain relief in my back and neck every time I use it.

I so want this to help me, I've used it two weeks straight. I have severe, chronic back pain, constant neck pain, headaches and Fibro. I tried with a thin shirt the first time and your really don't feel anything wearing a shirt. Then my 15 pound dog layed on me, that helped with the extra weight. I then used directly on my skin, you do have to be very careful and lay down slowly. Once you've adjusted, it's not that bad. I lay on it about 30 minutes, hoping for maximum benefit.I'd say getting up is harder as you need to move slowly as the spikes release from your body. Now that hurts, then it feels itchy for about 10 minutes or so - it must be sending some blood flow. I'm just not getting relief at this point, I may need longer than others because of the amount of pain I have. I only use once a day, right before bedtime as that's just the easiest way for me. I'll continue to try it, if things get better, I'll come back and update

This is my second Ajna acupressure mat, I own their other acupressure mat and pillow. I love the how great I feel after laying on the mat, when I am feeling stress or discomfort I would lay down and gently turn my head or my body from side to side, the feeling is just it’s incredible. I will admit that when I would use my acupressure mats at night before bed, especially after a good workout that day, I would sleep so well. I also like convenience of the carrying bag as well, I took this set to work and place the mat in my office chair and I felt that my stress level was at a minimum. Additionally, the company sends you helpful instructions on how to use the acupressure mats.

I have both the original Ajna acupressure mat and pillow plus this new Lite version. I love both sets. All products that I’ve received from Ajna are such high quality, and clearly made by a company that cares deeply about customer experience.The mat and pillow both work amazingly well to relieve muscle tension, headaches, and stress. I use a pillow against my back in the car on my commute and a mat on my chair at work and have another set on my sofa at home and I’ve had significant relief from everyday aches and tension. My massage therapist even noticed a difference! This Lite version of the mat and pillow are perfect for travel because they are lighter weight and more packable than the original set. And because the pillow is stuffed with a regular pillow form instead of husks, it stays put when you put it between your back and a chair or car seat.I only wish I’d chosen the dark blue instead of the light blue just to hide stains, since I use these products constantly and occasionally spill stuff.I highly recommend this set and will likely buy additional sets for Christmas gifts this year, especially since the lite set has a great price.

This has been a saving grace for me. I have been having back pain & neck pain each day after finishing a long day at work sitting down on the computer. After I’ve used for the first time, I have slept well & my body felt so relaxed. It’s not as intense as I’d expected it to be but, I used it on my bed rather than the floor. It may have a different result then.Highly recommend this though!

I've only used it a couple of times but I am already in love! The first time I used it for 30 mins before bed and I had such a good sleep! I suffer from chronic lower back pain and I wasn't as stiff or painful when I woke up in the morning! Highly recommended! I've just bought one for my mum 😊

Quality: Seems like it will last a while. Comfortable “as can be” for what it is.Outcome: Didn’t work for me, as I hoped. Tried daily for a month - Nil changes.Overall: For the price paid, it’s worth a try. Will probably give a second chance in near future.
