I want to make it very clear that I am not reviewing the smaller 16"x24" CHAMPKEY Professional Tri-Turf Golf Hitting Mat. I ordered and received the larger 24"x24" mat. Based on that larger mat, Champkey makes a quality product. Construction and durability are excellent. I like that the mat is heavy enough that it does not move very much after impact. Be aware, although functional, the tee holder eats wooden tees. Order extras. Also I recommend using common sense and turning the mat so that the tee is on your left for right handers, vice versa for lefties, especially for beginners. If you don't, hitting short behind the ball with your brand new 500-$600 driver will HURT and you'll be cussing up a storm when the sparks fly. Ha!Ha! Based on the review of the larger mat, I would gladly recommend this smaller mat for advanced swingers. I would really like to find another mat like mine, even for more money.

So far so good. I just used this to play 4 rounds of simulated golf in my yard. The end with thick turf meant to hold a regular tee is really good to simulate fairway with a softer feel through the ball. That same turf started to pull up after a fat hit so now I’ve got to glue it back down. Otherwise this is a good compact hitting mat

On garage concrete it will move a tiny bit with a full speed swing, but I was expecting that anyway, so no star loss. If you don't want ANY movement, spring for the bigger one.. or double sided tape (cheaper option). The shipping will flatten the long grass a bit, but it is easy to fix. The product has not been damaged after 250 swings, will update after 10,000. So far, I love it. It helps me work out technique and impact position drills on tight and medium long lies. Great for garage practice, before I go to the range/course. Those people that ruin their units (with pictures) look like they hit so far behind the "ball location" that they hit the glued locations at the edge on the pad (almost missing the whole thing!) just don't do that, and it seems to be a non-issue. Remember, weight to the front foot BEFORE impact. There is a lot of surface area to aim for imo. Those people are way beyond terrible in their technique, if that is indeed the case. Highly recommend to anybody working on their swing. It doesn't give highly detailed feedback like the ones with the sequin pad. You want that? Buy one with a sequin pad.

Works really well. The different levels simulates hitting from different areas on golf course. I’m very pleased with this product.

Started using this once my wife had our child, it’s keeping me consistent with chipping - do note I use foam practice balls as I don’t have a net.

Sturdy, should take a beating. I would probably be happy with just two surfaces, one low pile and one shaggy but having three is ok. The mat is on the small size but stays put fairly well. A very heavy hitter might find it moves around too much. The hitting surfaces seem like the will wear well and I'm not getting a lot of plastic transferred to the underside of my clubs The tee holder works well. I'd like to see these made with grommets at the corners and sides so it can be pinned down to the ground.

Product isn’t as pictured. Very high quality, have hit over 500 balls off it and no wear marks yet.Bit thicker than i imagined it would be, so had to etch out the lawn to create a flat lie.
