Heavy Duty Premium Nylon Green Zip Ties 12", Indoor or Outdoor, Multi Purpose Industrial Grade Cable ties, Ultra Strong and Durable Wire Ties (100 Pack)

Trying to use these for my project was an incredibly irritating experience. At least half of them were defective. I would grab a few more than I thought I needed, but every other zip tie I grabbed would immediately fail and I ended up having to stop whatever I was doing to go back to grab more of them several times before I could finish. The little pawl inside the head of the zip tie would snap off and fall out as soon as I tried to pull the other end through. I had to throw away at least half of the package (50+ zip ties) due to the failure and buy another brand to complete my project. I've used other zip ties many times before and I have never had them fail like this. This package is a terrible value because you'll have to buy twice as many of them as you need. The lower price on these is deceptive, because any savings from buying this lower priced pack of 100 is easily lost due to the high failure rate. I would highly recommend passing over these and purchasing another brand, but if you insist on purchasing this manufacturer's zip ties, then be sure to buy double the amount that you might need.

I would not use these for anything important. I’m not sure they are actually Nylon. These will snap in half if you bend them. There’s no way actual Nylon will break like that. 50% of them will break the little catch inside the head as soon as you insert the ties. My experience was about 66% failure rate before the cable tie was actually in its final position. I bought some HDX ties at Home Depot and had no failures. I could bend the HDX in half and they did not break. I gave the easy to use a 1 star as well just because I didn’t want anyone to think there’s anything good about this product. Made in China in point of fact but not the reason they’re junk.

I cant believe I went my whole life with out this product. I used to watch MacGyver when I was little, seeing him build a bazooka out of muffler thinking I wanted to do the same thing. When this product arrived I couldn't contain myself just holding the package was the highlight of my life. I started building all kinds of things first I made a washing machine using a China cabinet and a body massager. Then I made a hoverboard using a blow dryer and a computer. And finally I made a car using a fridge and a tree branch. Will definitely buy again cause I used all of them.

These are complete junk everyone of these you see laid out on the counter either snap and broke during tightening or the interlocking tab snapped and fell out there complete garbage do not buy them I didn’t even put any pressure on them and they were breaking soon as I would stick the zip tie into the locking mechanism the little piece inside would bust out and fall on the ground ground

Amazon is anxious for me to review the tie straps that I just recieved. "You could mention "easy to use", "durability" and "value for money" but everyone except "AI" Knows that you need to use something, like a tie strap before you can tell if they don't snap off when you sinch them down, or if the sun will deteriorate them in a few months and they just fall off. So they fish for accolades as soon as you recieve something so they can use your review to boost sales. Sorry, my opinion would be of less value if I play along. Or I could do like some and say "boy they sure look good, cant wait until I get a chance to use them on my next project."

I went to use these zip ties last night and let me just say... you can check out my review history. I do NOT give out bad reviews easily. These zip ties are the crappiest I've seen in my LIFE. 90% (YES ONLY 1 out of 10) were 'usable'. MOST of them cracked and broke as if they weren't made to bend at all...seriously. I could break them with my fingers... ONE hand, and IF I managed to feed the one end into the locking end without breaking it, the locking mechanism would snap immediately. On average... 1 out of 10 worked for me. All I can say is I'm glad I bought so many bags, but it caused me ALOT of extra work. Trust me, they suck

These zip ties were a real POS - *extremely* flimsy. The "tooth" in the "head" of at least one-third of them was either broken on arrival, or else snapped off when I was just beginning to thread the "tail" into them or when I began to tighten them, making them totally useless. DO NOT BUY THESE unless you want to suffer the same frustration I did!I very rarely write reviews on Amazon, but these zip ties annoyed me enough that I wanted to sound a warning.

I had to use 10 of these to get 3 to work, the little tab breaks off with ZERO stress on the zip tie. I was putting a Christmas decoration on my deck post“Lightly” and the tabs just bust off ! Do not buy these. The picture shows 6 of the 10 I used because I was so frustrated I threw them into the distance. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION DO NOT BUY THESE !

About 80% of the ones that I used so far have failed or did not "zip" at all. The little flap inside that makes the zip noise is missing or fails under a small load. I threw the rest in the garbage.

These are poor quality. +1 celcius outside and the lock mechanism was breaking in everyone. Had to warm them in hand before I pulled them tight or the lock would break as soon as you inserted the end into the lock. If I hadn't used half the pack I would be asking for a refund. I fear when the temp drops to -30 they will all break and fall off. In that case I will ask for refund. Won't be too long before we get -30 in Alberta.

Won’t buy again, thought I would save a few bucks ordering these to put up Xmas lights. The break VERY easily. At first I figured it was the cold weather. However, l had the very same issue trying to use then in my shop while working on my truck to tie wires back. I quickly learned if I needed one, I had better grab ten beacause 9 would probably break. I’m an electrician who uses ty wraps lot and these one just don’t cut it.

I don’t generally write bad reviews but these zip ties were terrible. We were using in about -5c weather so that might have been the issue, but either the locking mechanism snapped off (in about 50% of them) or the actual tie would just snap in two. We ended up with maybe 1/4 of them that were actually working, trying to be as careful as possible not to snap them. I’ve never had zip ties break like this although would normally buy from local hardware stores. Stopped using them, not worth the effort to send them back. Maybe they’ll work in warmer weather.

I ordered this product because the zip ties that I found in my local stores seemed cheaply made, brittle, and seriously lacking in terms of strength. I'm happy with my decision, because these ties are of a much higher quality than many of the ties I looked at in those stores. They cost a little more than some of the others that I looked at, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and I will be buying from this company again.
