Nearly a Miracle Cream
This stuff is absolutely fantastic! One of my aging pups has been dealing with some very, very bad spots on her elbows. They are bad enough that they frequently become quite swollen. She absolutely refuses to lay on soft surfaces (sound familiar to anyone?), and she also loves to lick them. Neither of those things have been very conducive to having them heal or get better.Enter NaturVet Tender Foot cream. I had hoped that, at the very least, this cream would help her itching and alleviate some of her discomfort, but it has done a lot more than that. They simply don't seem to bother her anymore, after a few weeks of applying daily. It helped almost immediately, she stopped trying to scratch them and lick them. Over the weeks, the swelling went down until they essentially just look like spots bare of fur. "Unsightly," maybe, but I cant be bothered to care about that when my dog so obviously feels better. The cream isn't greasy and rubs in very, very quickly (big plus in my book). It also smells nice, and my dogs don't seem to lick it at all. Interestingly, they do seem to love the smell, so I cant say other dogs might not lick. Compared to other offerings on the market, this is less expensive, you get more, and it works wonderfully. If you even think it might help your pup, try it out.The only issue now is that my other dog feels left out, so I have to rub it into the fur on his elbows...

Works beyond Expectations!
I was about ready to give up after having tried so many creams to treat my dogs chronic cracked, rough paw pads. I wanted quick relief as well as to protect them from future damage, and I am both surprised AND delighted to say that this creme really does the trick. I was amazed at how quickly the healing began...within 24 hours after the first application, I noticed that my dog was no longer licking his paws obsessively, in an effort to sooth the discomfort. The aroma was very pleasant and there were no greasy "paw prints" on my carpet or linoleum. I also applied some to the elbow area, which has started to show signs of irritation and it is working equally well there.I can see the improved condition of the pads, but more importantly, I can see that my dog is more comfortable and isn't licking and biting at his feet now, and that is worth every cent. I believe the secret is to stay ahead if any future damage by using this creme consistently, even after the paws/elbows are completely healed. The price is right, it smells great, it works and I will never be without it again. I highly recommend this product.

Works good and my dog thinks it tastes great!
I have been using this for my black lab. She loves to lay out in the sun on the cement patio. She is 6 years old now and has started to develop a callous on her elbow so I bought this to see if it could help.It is really difficult to put it on her because she loves the smell/taste and constantly tries to lick it off. I've started to give her a toy with food involved to get it on her.Overall, once its on I think it works. I've seen improvement in her elbow and have bought it again. If only it'd be less tasty for her!

Tenderfoot by nature is softer than I thought!
The media could not be loaded. So I just got this Tender Foot moisturizing creme for my dog's feet and it's wonderful. It's like a heavy duty foot softener and doesn't smell like anything. No scent to make your dog nuts. MY dog likes it, I like it - and I even used it on myself and I feel quite soft, if I may say so myself. There are very little ingredients in this lotion, which is good - but it does say for Animal Use Only - And I am an animal!I even made a video with my dog - but I don't know how to upload it here with the review - perhaps after I post it will let me add one. Anyway, I think this stuff is great. And I would recommend it. And it is letting me upload my video and so now you will get to see what Pascal Twitty Twine has to say about Tender Foot!

Works Well
Loved this for my dog's foot pads. It kept them moist so they didn't dry out. It is non-greasy so it doesn't leave marks on your carpet, rugs or floors. I would definitely recommend it!!

non greasy solution to cure worn and rough pawpaws
This natural remedy for dry, cracked paws works great! My labrador has really rough pads due to long walks on pavement and scraping on the cracked plaster in our pool, as well as around the granite in our outdoor patio's floor.I usually use musher's wax for his paws before and after walks, but our new house has carpet, which means anything too greasy will come off onto the floor, and other surfaces too. I read how un-greasy this product is, so I gave it a try. It really isn't very greasy. In fact, it rubs into the paws, leaving them extra soft. My dog has for the most part stopped licking his raw pads, and is walking painlessly. The best part is this product's all natural (made with various Vitamins). It rubs right in and has a very light scent to it. I highly recommend this for rough, worn paw paws.

No appreciable difference noted
This was purchased due to roughness & cracking of our GSDs' paws after long walks. He has no skin or other dryness issues; trying another more waxy product was simply too messy & ineffective. Tender Foot sounded good as primary vitamins are main ingredients. It's like hand cream, taking quite a while to soak into the pads so as not to leave residue on carpets/floors. I saw, however, only an apparent softening after applying the cream (& waiting) but the roughness remained. I tried using it throughout hot weather & recently for snow. Nothing. No improvement despite nightly use, morning use, different weather conditions, different walking/running surfaces. I'm moving on to herbal/organic solutions which may be more effective. Nice cream, but the roughness & cracks are still there.

Good
Has been working on my dogs elbow calluses. I wish the ingredients were more clear-cut. I hate using things on myself (or my pets) that I don't know what they are. Seems to work okay though and easy to dispense.

Great Product!
I ordered this for my dog because she was starting to get cracked paws due to the heat. After only a few days of use, I noticed a significant difference. Her paws are starting to look and feel beautiful again. I apply this cream once a day on my dog. Highly recommended.

WORTH THE WAIT
This is nice. It smells good and as my springer covers quite a few miles a day it's a treat for him. Um, I used it on my feet after a pedi and it was great. Well if it's good enough for the dog....

Super easy to apply to my dog.
Before I purchased this product, I had purchased a paw and nose balm that came in a roll up stick (like a chapstick) and it was a nightmare to appy to my dog's nose or paw pads, so I thought a lotion or cream type of moisturizer would be better. I was right. I was able to apply this to her paw pads and elbows with no issue and because it's a lotion it's easy to make sure you cover all the areas fully. Now we'll have to wait and see how well the product actually works...
