Q: Does this set of bags come with a carrying bag?

No. But the bags are very nice. I put mine between my boards when I store them

Q: On the gun flag set are they the same for the flag side? I can't tell a difference?

Looks like for some reason the flag side is the same and the back are different colors. Never saw or had bags like that.
