Provides immediate Metatarsalgia Forefoot Pain relief
As soon as they arrived I put them in my shoes. I felt immediate relief from the inset on my left foot were the problem is. I have high arches which is where the problem comes from I am told. I have tried the pad inserts but they don't stick very long and stay where they are supposed to help. My job has me on my feet the whole day. I hope the support doesn't wear out and go flat on me. They feel great for now.

These work, but they do tend to smell a bit after a week or so.
They work, they fit well, but they tend to develop/hold foot odor so adding a deodorizing foot powder is a really good idea.

Not great if you don't need the midfoot bump for support
The rise or bump placed in the mid area of the footed is not a great feature. I wish I was aware of this when I purchased, for me they're pretty useless. I need flat insoles, leather with charcoal, but without the added attempts at support. I will not purchase again.

The arch support is located on the Heel... are u insane ?! why does heel should push on arch support, when it should be located there where is arch and not heel.Metatarsal support also not located where it should be.No supportNot comfortableCan't return it, i live overseas. waste of money....
